Room Rental:  Rates include tables and chairs, kitchen usage, table event set-up and breakdown service, sound system, PC con definition television and state-of-the-art 147" projection screen, staff supervisor, custodial services prior and after event.  Serving dishes and/or utensils not provided.  Linens, napkins and some decorative items are available for a fee.  Rental rates are up to 4 (four) hours of use and access and room is available 4 (four) hours prior to the event.  FOR WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS ONLY - ROOM AVAILALBE 6 (SIX) HOURS PRIOR FOR DECORATING UNLESS THE CENTER IS RESERVED UNDER THE One rate.
A deposit of 30% of event rental (excluding any discounts) is required at the time of reservation.

Event venue and meeting space.  Seating capacity 200-275.  Venue provides tables, chairs, sound system, bar, walk-in coolers for food storage.  Full service support if needed such as bartender, DJ services and sound technician.  Can accomodate a live band.  Customers may also bring their own beverages, and Joe's Ice House (across the street) will work with Beauregard Place customers on discounted beer and liquor pricing. The venue's most popular space offers more than 12,000 square feet in the largest meeting room in the middle of the building. This space can accommodate 2,000 people in a theater-style arrangement,500 classroom style or 900 at round tables.

The large meeting room is capable of being divided into three equal spaces. The convention center consists of 8 breakout rooms and hosts a wide variety of events, including conventions, trade shows, luncheons,and group meetings. The Convention Center is equipped with all new state of the art audio visual equipment.

Private meeting spaces that can hold 2 to 122 people. Seven meeting rooms with divider walls that can be moved to create larger areas. Meeting rooms are free with buffet purchase. For entertainment, a 9000 sq. ft. game room.

The Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial River Stage stands ready to showcase a spectrum of events including galas, touring musicals, dance reviews, pop concerts, melodramas, youth shows, band concerts and the annual Cactus Jazz and Blues Festival in September. The multipurpose facility can accommodate small local shows, large traveling shows and everything in between. The River Stage is located adjacent to El Paseo de Santa Angela along the Concho River downtown.

A multi-use facility that can host a variety of activities. This facility is 83,160 square feet.

The Venue is a full-service banquet facility known for providing excellent service.  The multi-level facility accomodates both large and small parties.  Additionally, services including wedding consultants, catering services, cake decoraters, and professional photographers for any event or occasions are offered.
