All events are free of charge until the finals weekend, Feb 1-2, $5 per person (buy at door). The World's Greatest Horseman on February 2 is $10. Opening Exhibits - Kendall Art Gallery
The San Angelo Art Club is hosting an opening reception for two distinctive art shows on January 14, from 6 - 7:30 pm, at the Kendall Art Gallery, 119 W. 1st Street. A collection of paintings by early San Angelo artists will be featured in one gallery. The 2nd show is the club's annual Artist of the Year competition where the Artist of the Year will be announced at 6:45pm. The 2 shows will run January 14 - February 2. Gallery hours are: Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 1-4pm and Wednesday 9am - 1pm. Admission is free (donations are accepted).

Sarah's Story "A New Direction - Back In the Game"
Sarah Panzau, two-time member of the national Junior college Athletic Association woman's volleyball All-American team, will speak on the automobile accident which took her left arm. Since that tragic day in 2003 her life has taken a new direction. Sarah has reached out to students with her message of determination and perseverance. Sarah talks about how her poor decisions took away her ability to play competitive volleyball. Her message is about underage drinking, drunk driving, making smart choices, respecting parents and rising above disabilities. Despite the crash and the loss of an arm, Sarah was able to represent her country by playing volleyball on the USA Women's Sitting Volleyball Team. This presentation is free to the public and will take place at the UC CJ Davidson Center on Wednesday, February 13 from 6 -7pm.

Participating are singers, dancers, drummers and musicians coming together to represent San Angelo.
